The creative Competition is held as part of the annual “Advertising Vector” Research-to-Practice Conference. The Competition is open to the citizens of the Russian Federation, the CIS, and other countries (both individual authors and creative teams) who have submitted a request for participation on the Conference official website pursuant to the Competition requirements.

The number of works for submission by one person and a group of participants shall not exceed three (except for series)
